Medicinal Uses:
Horse gram is rich in protein, vitamin C, iron and dietary fiber. Strengthens bones. Helpful in controlling blood glucose level, blood pressure and cholesterol level. Horse gram excretes more urine hence useful in dissolving kidney stone.
